All bookings are subject to availability.
Booking confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email after payment or confirmation.
The operator reserves the right to accept or reject any booking.
Participants must be physically fit and mentally capable of participating in water sports activities.
Children below 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Pregnant women, persons with heart conditions, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or serious medical issues should not participate.
Guests must disclose any medical condition before the activity.
All participants must follow the safety instructions given by instructors and staff.
Life jackets and safety equipment provided by SDM Kayak Operator must be worn at all times.
Failure to follow instructions may result in cancellation of the activity without refund.
Alcohol, drugs, or intoxication before or during the activity is strictly prohibited.
Activities are subject to weather, sea conditions, and government regulations.
In case of unsafe conditions, the activity may be rescheduled or cancelled.
SDM Kayak Operator is not responsible for cancellations due to natural causes, bad weather, or force majeure events.
Cancellation policies vary by activity and will be communicated at the time of booking.
No-show or late arrival may result in no refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
Any additional services or add-ons must be paid separately.

Guests are advised not to carry valuables during activities.
Photos and videos may be taken during activities for promotional or marketing purposes.
By participating, you grant SDM Kayak Operator permission to use such media without compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please inform us in advance.
Participation in water sports involves inherent risks.
SDM Kayak Operator shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, or death caused by:
Natural hazards
Participant negligence
Failure to follow instructions
Medical conditions not disclosed
Guests participate at their own risk.
Guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other participants.
Any abusive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Unauthorized use, copying, or misuse of content is prohibited.
